PodZinger, one of the leading audio and video search engines and online advertising network recently broadcast their ad revenue opportunity program for podcasters. The program is set to commence on the Fall of 2006 but PodZinger encourages interested podcasters to sign for free as early as today.
PodZinger which is also a subsidiary of BBN Technologies will show 10- to 15-second audio or video ads that will run immediately before the content is played. PodZinger will only play ads that is relevant to the podcaster’s shows. This in turn will give additional revenue to the podcasters with no added investment as PodZinger will divide the revenue with podcaster which will be based on the advertising rates of the particular ads.
