If you love musical theater performances, you will be delighted to hear that Jacobs School of Music under Indiana University has launched a podcast that will feature audio and video music performances created by their faculty and students. The music podcasting service of Jacobs School of Music will allow them to share and broadcast their musical talents not only to their university but also to the world wide audiences.
The initial music podcast features the performances of Bell and Stern at the Summer Music Festival Orchestra of Indiana University and Menahem Pressler and his legendary Beaux Arts Trio. The inaugural presentation will likewise show the university’s latest Opera Theatre creations of Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Jules Massenet (Manon) and Gilbert and Sullivan (The Mikado).
All audio and video music performances with podcast version can be downloaded individually or streamed these performances at IU Music Live. The site also features the latest news and information and all upcoming events of the Jacobs School. Complete details of this story can be read here.
